Hyo (Hyowon) Kim is a director, writer, and creative director working across narrative film, music video, and photography. Born in Seoul and based in Los Angeles, her films move between experimental and narrative forms, drawn to the emotions that live beneath the surface.

Her work spans festival-recognized short films and creative direction at HYBE Entertainment, where she produced music videos, album campaigns, and global television appearances for BTS.

A graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (BFA, Fine Arts) and the American Film Institute Conservatory (MFA, Directing).
